1.The Services

Evenly is a wellness application that lets you track acne using AI photo analysis and follow personalized, skin-focused meal plans based on the information you provide. The Services are provided for general informational and wellness purposes only.

Evenly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Its analysis, insights and meal plans are for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or received in the Services. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, skincare or health routine. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4.Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Evenly is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The price, currency and billing interval are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
• If a free or discounted introductory trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard price when the trial ends, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and the payment method you provided will be charged, until you cancel.
• Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

6.Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@evenly.pro. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@evenly.pro and we will review your request. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund practices at the time of your request.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: using them for any unlawful purpose; uploading content that is not yours to share or that infringes the rights of others; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Services; or uploading photos of anyone who has not consented.
